Attending stockholders will need to enter their 16-digit control number included in their Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, on their proxy card, or in the instructions that accompanied their proxy materials. Questions from stockholders must be submitted at proxyvote.com on or before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, June 7, 2024 by clicking on the “Submit a Question to Management” button. Stockholders will need their 16-digit control number to access the website to submit a question.
